This handmade natural soap is made from Virgin Olive Oil and Laurel Berry Oil.
It is made using the cold process method and has been left to dry for almost 6 months now. These two very oils are used in the world-famous Aleppo soap. Normally a soap that is high in olive oil tends to produce a softer bar of soap. This is why it has to be left to dry for a longer period of time, so as to make it harder.
Laurel Berry Oil is produced from the berries and seeds of the Laurus Nobilis shrub that is native to the Mediterranean, particularly Turkey and Greece. Laurel berry oil is a soothing oil that helps improve skin and scalp conditions. It is also prized for its antifungal and antibacterial properties.
On the other hand, olive oil is a great moisturizer which can help prevent your skin from skin conditions attributed to cold weather like dry skin and flaking. When using this soap keep it in a soap dish with good drainage. The drier you keep it, the longer it will last. Suitable for all skin types Free from essential oils.
